Internal knowledge base for the Finora support team. Every article follows the standard 8-part template. Do not share externally.
How to use this wiki¶
- Search by keyword (GitHub / wiki subdomain search)
- Each article links to its video once Phase 1B is complete
- If an article is outdated, flag it — do not silently act on stale info
[UPDATE PENDING]means a video exists but the feature has since changed

Article template¶
Every feature article must include all 8 sections:
- What is it? — 2–3 plain-language sentences. No jargon. Written for a non-accountant.
- How does it work in Finora? — Step-by-step workflow. Include field names exactly as they appear in the UI.
- Business rules & constraints — What Finora enforces, allows, and prevents, and why.
- Nigerian regulatory context — The legal/tax framework this feature connects to.
- Common customer questions — 3–5 FAQs with verbatim approved answers.
- Known edge cases — Specific deviations from the happy path, with resolution steps.
- Escalation trigger — Exactly when to escalate, and to whom (Tier 1 / 2 / 3).
- Last reviewed — Date + author. Must be updated whenever the feature changes.

Maintenance rules¶
- Wiki updated within 24 hours of any release that affects a documented feature
- If a video is now outdated, mark it
[UPDATE PENDING]until re-recorded - Monthly review of top 10 tickets → update FAQs and flag wiki gaps
- Every Tier 3 escalation logged with resolution note (builds the internal bug database)
