5. Common customer questions

Q: "How do I invite a team member?"

Click "Invite Team Member," enter their email address, and select a role. They'll receive an email invitation to join the business.

Q: "Can I change someone's role?"

Yes — click on the team member and change their role. Only the Owner can change roles.

Q: "I've used all my slots. How do I add more?"

Upgrade to the Accountant Pro plan for up to 7 users, or remove inactive team members to free up slots.

6. Known edge cases

Available Slots shows 2 remaining despite 5-user plan

The test business Premium plan includes up to 5 users but shows 2 remaining (not 4). This may reflect a different slot allocation or a plan-specific configuration.

7. Escalation trigger

Escalate to Tier 3 (Founder) if: - Team member cannot access the business despite having an active invitation - Role permissions are not working as expected

Escalate to Tier 2 (Support Lead) if: - Customer needs to transfer ownership to another user - Customer needs to remove a team member who left the company - Customer needs more user slots than their plan allows
