Overview¶
Finora provides export functionality across most modules. This reference lists all available exports, their formats, and where to find them.

Export Audit Trail¶
All exports are tracked in the Export Audit Log (/tax/export-audit-log). This log records:
- Filename
- Document type
- File size
- Timestamp
TaxPro-Max Compatibility¶
VAT and WHT returns are exported in NRS TaxPro-Max format, including: - Sales/Output VAT Schedule with customer TINs - Purchases/Input VAT Schedule with supplier TINs - Exempt and Zero-Rated goods summaries - Import schedule (if applicable)
These can be uploaded directly to TaxPro-Max for self-filing.
Common Issues¶
- "Export Excel says Coming Soon" — Excel export for financial statements is not yet available; use PDF
- "Pension export is disabled" — NHF/NHIS exports are disabled when no employees are enrolled in those schemes
- "My TaxPro-Max upload was rejected" — Check that customer/supplier TINs are populated; missing TINs cause rejection
